Sales Engineer:
Locations: Delhi - NCR
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in medical equipment or product sales, particularly in areas like diagnostics, monitoring, and surgical devices.
- Background: Minimum 1 year in a similar medical device sales role with strong product knowledge.
- Skills: Familiarity with the sales cycle, CRM, and market knowledge. Understanding of diagnostic equipment (ECG, EEG, EMG), monitoring devices (Multipara Monitors, Pulse Oximeters), and surgical equipment (ESUs, Light Sources) is highly advantageous.
Products Involved:
- Diagnostic Equipment: ECG Machines, EEG Machines, EMG/NCV Machines,
- Monitoring Devices: Multipara Monitors, Pulse Oximeters, Vital Signs Monitors.
- Surgical Equipment: Electrosurgical Units (ESUs), Light Sources & Consoles, Defibrillators, Ventilators, Anesthesia Machines.
- Medical Consumables: EEG Paste, ECG Paper, Ultrasound Paper.

Job Description for Sales Engineer:
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of Biotronix Instruments products, develop and present tailored solutions, and close complex sales.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key departmental decision-makers, facilitating access to C-Suite influences.
- Identify and develop key accounts, generate new leads, and formulate a strategic regional growth plan.
- Create and manage comprehensive territory plans, incorporating competitive strategies and target account identification.
- Utilize CRM tools to meticulously track sales opportunities and manage the sales funnel.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, engage in clinical and commercial networking, and execute brand promotion initiatives.
- Provide training and support to team members and represent Biotronix Instruments at industry events.
- Submit regular activity reports and diligently monitor competitive market activity.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of success in selling medical devices to corporate and private sector hospitals.
- Established network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within your region.
- Ability to work autonomously, coupled with exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in high-value sales and business development.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
- Proficiency in computer skills and analytical abilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical equipment sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
